Role Synopsis

As a Senior iOS Software Engineer, you will build and operate high-quality native mobile experiences. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and data teams to deliver performant, reliable, and user-centric iOS applications.

Essential Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Essential Experience And Job Requirements

Software Skills

• Expert in Swift (and Objective-C as needed), building high-quality native iOS applications (UIKit/SwiftUI).
• Strong in iOS architecture and system design (e.g., MVVM or similar).
• Proven ability to ship and operate production iOS apps, including performance optimisation and App Store releases.
• Deep understanding of mobile engineering standard processes: testing (unit/UI), CI/CD, security, and maintainable code.
• Experience building end-to-end mobile systems with focus on reliability, privacy, and user experience.

Infrastructure Skills

• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures (AWS/Azure) and how mobile apps interact with backend systems.
• Experience working with APIs, authentication, and distributed systems in production environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues across mobile and backend integrations.

Database Skills

• Working knowledge of data storage patterns relevant to mobile apps and backend systems.
