The Senior Software Engineer will join the Identity and Access Management program, responsible for building a robust, secure, and scalable Access Rights Management platform. The system manages and provisions access rights across various applications used by Eurofins, requiring understanding of access controls and experience with Rego and the Open Policy Agent (OPA).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for Access Rights management.
• Implement fine-grained access control policies tailored to business needs.
• Follow coding standards, perform unit testing, and ensure code quality.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and develop solutions iteratively.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and policies.
• Work with peers to develop stories as per User Acceptance Criteria.
• Address code review comments and bugs.
• Maintain comprehensive testing coverage.
• Assist in creating technical documentation and user guides.
• Develop features using Rego and OPA, understanding system workflows.

Minimum qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.
• Proficiency in English.
• 5-8 years of experience in application development, especially in Information Security or IAM domains.
• Understanding of access rights management and access controls.
• Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).
• Proficiency in .NET 8 or later.
• Knowledge of Rust and other languages is a plus.
• Full-stack development or backend/database specialization.
• Strong OOP and DDD knowledge.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Rego and OPA is a plus.
• Proficiency in JSON, XML, REST, and Azure cloud platform.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC tools like Terraform is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a distributed team.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
