Itaúc is building a Data Platform and AI foundation at scale in Latin America’s largest bank. You will join the founding team to shape the platform and help hundreds of teams develop, operate, and scale with autonomy and security.

Work in a cloud-first environment on AWS, delivering microservices and distributed solutions while implementing robust CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. You will champion testing and architectural decisions for scalability and resilience.

Qualificações

Experience in Java software development.
Experience building applications on AWS.
Knowledge of distributed architectures, microservices and APIs.
Experience with containers and serverless architectures.
Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, automation and DevOps practices.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with software testing and quality strategies.
Intermediate English for reading and interacting in technical environments.
Knowledge of Python is a plus.

You will be part of the founding team of Itaúc's Data Platform, responsible for building and evolving the technological foundation that enables data and Artificial Intelligence at scale for the largest bank in Latin America.
This is a software engineering and cloud computing challenge. Our focus is not on building data products, but on creating the platform that enables hundreds of teams to develop, operate and scale their solutions with autonomy and security.
Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to one of the world's largest Data Mesh initiatives, taking part in strategic technical decisions and building solutions with real impact across the organization.
Develop components and services in a public cloud environment (AWS).
Build and evolve microservices and distributed solutions.
Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automations and DevOps practices.
Develop guardrails and platform capabilities to accelerate the secure adoption of technologies by teams.
Ensure quality through unit, integration, end-to-end and performance testing.
Provide ongoing support and continuous evolution of the solutions developed.
Technically lead delivery efforts in collaboration with other engineers and stakeholders.
Participate in architectural definitions aimed at scalability, resilience and operational efficiency.
Work with a strong sense of ownership, organization, risk management and a focus on results.
