CI&T, a leader in digital transformation, is seeking a backend Java developer to join our Campinas team. The role focuses on building scalable solutions, integrating RESTful services, and delivering high-availability microservices in an AWS-based environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to CI/CD and IaC practices, and mentor teammates as needed. The position requires 3+ years of backend Java experience and advanced English.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Strong Java and Spring Framework experience.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with microservices and cloud (AWS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and IaC.

Requirements

• Availability to work hybrid from our Campinas, SP office (3x/week)
• 3+ years of experience in software development with a back‑end focus
• Strong experience with Java and the Spring Framework
• Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
• Experience with AWS services, especially:
  • ECS
  • Lambda
  • Step Functions
• Knowledge of software development best practices, source control, and system design
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation
• Knowledge of Docker and application containerization
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects
• Experience in application performance optimization and observability
• Experience in distributed, high-availability environments
