We are a fast-growing startup experiencing significant growth, with 5x revenue increase and 10x usage growth over the past year. As we expand, we seek to bolster our team to support our scaling infrastructure and meet increasing user demands.

Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize scalable applications, owning features end-to-end. You will collaborate with stakeholders to take ideas from concept to release, maintaining high-quality standards and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Features from 0 to 1: Define requirements, design solutions, and deliver features to production.
• Scalable Infrastructure: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to design systems that handle increasing traffic efficiently.
• Build and Scale Applications: Develop high-quality, scalable features and applications.
• Code Quality: Promote TDD and maintain high standards for reliability and maintainability.
• Frontend-Backend Integration: Design systems for seamless communication and data exchange.
• Support Collaboration: Work with support teams to resolve issues and improve tools.
• Observability and Monitoring: Enhance system health insights through monitoring tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience with event-driven systems and message brokers.
• Strong TDD focus and high-quality coding standards.
• Experience designing systems for heavy traffic and scalability.
• Proficiency with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
• Ownership mindset and hands-on motivation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with media processing, streaming, or related workloads.
• Experience integrating AI features or working with AI systems.
• Prior startup experience and diverse technical knowledge.
