Responsibilities

• Support and enhance high-quality software modules for the employer's product suite
• Analyze and resolve software-related issues from internal or external customers
• Document specifications, design, features, and operation of applications before production rollout
• Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership
• Mentor other developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years of healthcare data experience
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and relational databases
• 8+ years of experience with ETL processes and optimization of SQL/Oracle queries
• Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS Access and scripting languages like VBScript or PowerShell
• Familiarity with Java frameworks or .NET Framework
• Knowledge of one or more enterprise scheduling tools
