We are looking for a Senior Software Developer Full Stack with Strong English Skills (level B2-C1), solid experience in software development with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, and availability to work in hybrid mode in Sao Paulo (Morumbi).

Key Responsibilities:

• The role will be responsible for the improvement of current systems and providing knowledge of efficient development practices, with proficiency in full-stack development.
• Mentoring others and a strong desire to continuously maintain and improve quality is a key success factor for the role.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for new projects.
• Contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices within the team.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other Stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Technical Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years’ experience in Full-Stack development using Angular and Java Springboot.
• Experience in React, Node.js is nice to have.
• 4+ years’ Experience in AWS RDS services (SQL Server/Aurora/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (DynamoDB/DocumentDB).
• 2+ years’ experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Good understanding of cloud architectures, including SAP Cloud and AWS.
• Good understanding of implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Good understanding of micro-service and event-driven architecture.
• Excellent communication, and work in a team environment to collaborate with other Developers, Architects, Product Managers, Business Analysts and Infrastructure teams
