Role Description:

We are looking for a Senior SEO specialist with specific expertise in optimizing websites and blogs built using Go High-level (GHL) Software. The specialist should lead our paid search strategy in the FinTech space. Youll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive quality traffic and support business growth. Working closely with the marketing team, youll use data-driven insights to improve performance, maximize ROI, and stay ahead of industry trends. If you have a strong SEM background and a passion for digital marketing in finance, wed love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive SEM strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
• Conduct keyword research and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Create, test, and refine ad copy and landing pages to increase click-through rates and conversion rates.
• Monitor and manage budget allocation across various SEM channels to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the content and analytics teams to align SEM efforts with overall marketing strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze the results to improve ad performance continually.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Proven track record in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Essential: Demonstrable, hands-on experience implementing SEO strategies directly within the GoHighLevel platform.
• Proficiency in optimizing various GoHighLevel assets, including standard website pages, landing pages, funnel steps, and blog posts.
• Skilled in on-page SEO techniques (keyword integration, meta tags, header optimization, content optimization, image SEO) applied within the GHL interface.
• Ability to perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary adjustments within the constraints and capabilities of GoHighLevel (e.g., site speed considerations, mobile-friendliness, URL structure).
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance monitoring (e.g., using Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Familiarity with the GoHighLevel page editor, blog settings, domain/URL management, and other relevant features impacting SEO.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team-driven environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
