CI&T is seeking a Senior SDET in Brazil to drive automated and manual testing strategies, bridging development and QA, and ensuring quality from early stages.

You will design scalable test frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous quality improvements in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a QA professional or SDET
• Hands-on automation experience with Selenium, Cypress, TestNG or JUnit
• API testing experience with Postman or RestAssured
• Experience with device farms
• CI/CD practices
• Advanced or fluent English

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans across apps and platforms
• Collaborate within agile teams to evolve test strategies, standards, and QA best practices
• Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers for timely resolution
• Analyze test results and quality trends, proposing improvements
• Conduct root cause analysis and support QA governance across the value stream

At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior SDET to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior SDET, you will play a critical role in designing and executing robust automated and manual testing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between development and testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality is embedded from the early stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios across multiple applications and platforms
• Collaborate within agile teams to define and evolve test strategies, standards, and QA best practices
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely and effective resolution
• Analyze test results and quality trends, proposing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes
• Conduct root cause analysis and support the leadership team in Quality Analysis across the Value Stream

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-have Skills:

• Proven experience as a QA professional or SDET
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit)
• Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman or RestAssured)
• Experience with Device Farms
• CI/CD practices
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
