Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Senior Project Manager (PJM). The PJM will play a key role in SAP S4 for MA_LA implementation, supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring all project milestones are met.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, and resources, and ensure adherence to project methodologies.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support project teams by facilitating communication between team members.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring all information is recorded and available for reference.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in deploying the MA-LA standard template.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in project management or related roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels in a global environment.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, assisting with scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) is a plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Spanish is a plus.
• Experience managing SAP projects.
