We are seeking a skilled SAP FI Key User specializing in Nota Fiscal to join our team in Guarulhos, Brazil. In this critical role, you will support the IT department by managing and optimizing our SAP Financial (FI) module, with a focus on Brazilian tax documentation and compliance.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Configuring Nota Fiscal rules in SAP to meet company-specific requirements and ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations.
2. Managing and processing Nota Fiscal documentation within SAP.
3. Analyzing and resolving financial and tax-related issues in SAP.
4. Developing and maintaining SAP FI reports, interfaces, and customizations.
5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes and ensure accurate tax reporting.
6. Providing training and support to end-users on SAP FI functionalities and Nota Fiscal procedures.
7. Staying updated with changes in Brazilian tax laws and implementing necessary system updates.
8. Participating in SAP upgrade projects and testing new functionalities.
9. Assisting in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
10. Benchmarking with other financial shared service locations worldwide.

Your profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience as an SAP FI Key User focused on Nota Fiscal.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP FI module and its integration with other SAP modules.
4. Expertise in Brazilian tax regulations, compliance, and Nota Fiscal processes.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
7. Experience with Brazilian tax compliance and financial reporting.
8. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
9. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial data management.
