Responsibilities:
- Understand DIF EWM Template
• Get trained on process template documentation across all areas of DIF I2D. - Discuss with customer (Bosch BBM plant key users):
• Analyze gaps in requirements.
• Identify new requirements compared to DIF template.
• Coordinate with DIF I2D D&B team for development of new requirements. - Support Plant Key Users and Users:
• Prepare and execute testing across phases (Unit, Integration, User Acceptance):
Create local test cases based on D&B template, execute during integration tests, create defects, and coordinate until closure.
• Engage in migration activities (Test Migration, Productive Migration):
Provide inputs, decide on warehouse mapping, learn and utilize Syniti reports, execute cut-over and dark phase activities, validate data uploads.
• Train key users, set up training data, prepare demos, and create/support documentation.
• Support hyper-care phase post-Go-live.
• Resolve defects during testing and post-Go-live.
Studying Technology:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
General:
- Total end-to-end implementation experience: minimum 2 projects.
- Support experience post go-live or in a full support role: at least two projects.
- Knowledge of template rollout and interface setup (IDOCS, CIF, RFC).
- Ability to design solutions based on customer requirements.
Technical Knowledge and Experience:
- SAP EWM (preferably version 2020 or above, including S/4HANA embedded EWM).
- Experience in preparing functional specs for EWM developments.
- Knowledge of EWM-ERP integration setup.
- Understanding of VAS and exposure to SAP TM (nice to have).
Non-SAP Skills:
- Experience with SAP Solman, Jira, Syniti tools (nice to have), and MS Office.
Process Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong knowledge in at least two of the following: inbound, outbound, warehousing, packaging.
- Understanding of process variants and customer scenarios, especially EWM production integration features.
Industry Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in the auto/manufacturing industry, particularly in warehousing or production functions.
Certifications:
- SAP EWM Certification (EWM 9.5, S/4HANA embedded EWM 1909 or higher).
- SAP LE-WM Certification (optional).
