Job summary

EPAM Systems in Brazil is seeking an SAP Finance Consultant with 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) to tailor electronic invoicing solutions. You will configure country-specific DRC settings, define compliance reporting, assign company codes, and activate business functions.

You will set up eDocument types, mappings, output determination, and message control, maintain XML schemas, and establish communication with tax authorities via SAP Cloud

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SAP Finance modules including DRC
• Knowledge of parallel accounting using a ledgers-based approach
• Expertise in DRC functionality including e-invoicing and local reporting configuration
• Skills in eDocument setup, output determination, message control, and XML schema mapping
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Integration for communicating with tax authorities
• Understanding of SAP Finance best practices and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in documenting system configurations and processes clearly

• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA DRC to implement electronic invoicing solutions for specific countries or regions in line with statutory requirements
• Maintain country-specific DRC configuration, including defining the Compliance Reporting Framework, assigning company codes, and activating business functions
• Set up eDocument types and mappings to support accurate financial reporting requirements
• Configure output determination and message control processes
• Maintain XML schemas and format mappings for regulatory compliance
• Establish communication arrangements with tax authority or government platforms through SAP Cloud Integration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate financial requirements into system configurations
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Identify opportunities for process improvements proactively
• Document system configurations and related processes thoroughly
• Complete configuration tasks within agreed project timelines
• Support User Acceptance Testing activities to achieve successful outcomes with minimal defects
