Job summary

Stefanini LATAM Digital Hub is recruiting a Senior Salesforce Engineer with strong Salesforce Commerce Cloud expertise. You will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, focusing on custom development, enterprise integrations, and performance across distributed teams.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce development experience, ability to handle complex technical challenges independently, and collaboration with international engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience developing Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• Experience with Salesforce REST APIs, Named Credentials, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Platform Events and asynchronous Apex processing (Batch and Schedulable).
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD processes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international engineering teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Write unit tests, maintain technical documentation, and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Manage source code using Git/Bitbucket and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and QA teams to deliver reliable technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to maintaining scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce applications.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to join an international client's engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, focusing on custom development, enterprise integrations, and application performance.

The ideal candidate has solid hands-on Salesforce development experience, can independently handle complex technical challenges, and is comfortable collaborating with distributed engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud cart calculations, checkout flows, pricing, and merchandising.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration and pricing rules.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and VS Code extensions.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Exposure to Docker or container-based environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
