TechMagic is seeking a Middle/Middle Strong Salesforce Admin to join our Salesforce department. The role covers day-to-day configuration, support, and development across multiple Salesforce projects. You will work in a full-time, remote-friendly setup available to Brazil-based candidates.

Required are 3+ years as a Salesforce Admin, strong knowledge of Sales/Service Cloud, and expertise with flows, data management, and user/permission management. Knowledge of CPQ/Revenue Cloud is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing objects, fields, page layouts, record types and validation rules
• Experience configuring automation using Flows
• Experience with user and permission management
• Knowledge of data management tools

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day configuration of the Salesforce org, ensuring system stability and data accuracy
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types and automation tools
• Provide ongoing support to end users: troubleshoot issues, answer questions and resolve system errors
• Conduct user training and develop documentation for new processes
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and ensure correct permission assignments

Product: Our Salesforce department delivers impactful, large-scale solutions for businesses in different industries. Instead of being tied to a single org, Admins work on a variety of business challenges, advanced implementations and best practices.

Stage: Established department with ongoing projects

Work schedule: Full-time, full remote is available (Brazil only)
