AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer in Brazil to design and implement scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. You will contribute to AI-assisted capabilities like Agentforce, improving sales and service workflows across the platform.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce security, integrations, and performance, and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure solutions.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Optimize platform performance, maintain code quality, and enforce secure development practices.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. WHAT YOU WILL DO
