AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. This role also brings AI-enabled capabilities like Agentforce into production, improving sales and service workflows.

You will collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, integrate with external systems, and ensure security and performance.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

MUST HAVES

• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVES

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience with DevOps Center, Copado, Git-based workflows, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with platform events, event-driven design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments.
