Job summary

Agile Engine in São Paulo is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. You will drive AI-enabled capabilities like Agentforce into production, improving sales and service workflows across the Salesforce platform.

Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performing Salesforce implementations and integrations, while maintaining governance and code quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Hands-on Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform configuration.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise inApex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing
• Experience withSalesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloudimplementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity withAgentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of theSalesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVES

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience with Dev Ops Center, Copado, Git-based workflows, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with platform events, event-driven design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments.
