Job summary

Agile Engine is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and build scalable CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows, with AI-assisted features like Agentforce.

You will collaborate across product, admins, architects and business stakeholders, implement security models, integrations via REST, and contribute to code reviews and release planning. Hybrid work with flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, LWC, triggers, and async processing.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, sharing, profiles, and governor limits.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and config.
• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Support Agentforce-related experiences and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and stakeholders to define solutions.
• Integrate with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build reusable services, triggers, batch jobs, integrations, and automation frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Support integrations with external systems using REST APIs, platform events, and middleware patterns.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to code reviews, release planning, and technical documentation.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise inApex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing
• Experience withSalesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloudimplementations.
• Experience building scalable automation and integration solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity withAgentforce, Einstein, or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Understanding of theSalesforce security model, sharing, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVES

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Experience with Dev Ops Center, Copado, Git-based workflows, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with platform events, event-driven design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments.
