Overview
The EBS team provides development, maintenance, and support services for the TNS Salesforce environment. This includes all aspects of system development including designing/developing/testing/deploying solutions with user satisfaction a priority and handling L2 incident and problem tickets.

Responsibilities
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications. As a Senior Developer, you will leverage your technical expertise to build and enhance Salesforce applications that meet business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, including custom Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop and implement flows, validation rules, and custom objects to automate business processes.
- Ensure data integrity and security by adhering to best practices for data migration, integration, and management.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend improvements to the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Flow Builder, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, including hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data models.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service module.
- Familiarity with Incident Management, Problem Management, or Change Management in Salesforce.
- Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, AutoRABIT, Gitlab, Salesforce CLI).
- Experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Einstein and/or Agentforce for AI-driven insights and automation.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Familiarity with other CRM platforms or enterprise software is a plus.
