We are seeking a Senior Advisor based in Sao Paulo, Brazil to support our growth in the Urban Climate Resilience (UCR) business. The role involves combining engineering expertise with business acumen to support customer projects, develop local business, and promote integrated solutions within the market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities and build relationships with strategic clients such as engineers, architects, developers, and municipalities.
  • Conduct technical-commercial negotiations emphasizing our portfolio's value.
  • Achieve sales and business targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business units to develop targeted content.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales activities.
  • Participate in new product development aligned with market needs.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in hydraulic engineering, civil engineering, urban planning, architecture, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting sales, tendering, and managing proposals, with a proven track record of project wins.
  • Experience with stormwater management or similar Urban Climate Resilience systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of local market challenges and opportunities.
  • Fluent in English; intermediate Spanish is desirable.
