Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target customers with reefer cargo needs and develop specialized solutions.
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Vietnamese reefer market to secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand specific reefer cargo requirements, such as temperature control and handling protocols.
- Develop and promote specialized reefer products and services to customers.
- Oversee sales activities within the reefer segment to optimize performance and profitability.
- Generate qualified sales leads for reefer cargo and coordinate with relevant departments for timely follow-up.
- Monitor customer payments and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
- Strictly follow all sales processes and company regulations, including those specific to handling special cargoes.
- Work closely with Operations and other relevant units to ensure the proper handling and timely delivery of sensitive reefer shipments.
- Collaborate with the Operations and Trade teams to ensure seamless service delivery for reefer clients.
- Serve as the internal expert on reefer cargo, providing guidance and support to other teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in sales within the shipping/logistics industry is preferred, with specialized knowledge of reefer cargoes.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, particularly within a niche market.
- Deep knowledge of the Vietnamese reefer market, including key players, regulations, and customer needs.
- Basic communication in English.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to address complex issues related to specialized cargo
