ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Drive market expansion for industrial robots and automation solutions in South America (key countries: Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina), and develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify client needs in industries such as new energy vehicles (NEV), metal processing, and mining equipment manufacturing, promoting industrial robots and peripheral equipment.
- Maintain long-term partnerships with local distributors, agents, and end clients, ensuring sales and payment collection goals are met.
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions, support bidding, contract negotiations, and project implementation, and collaborate with headquarters to improve localized services, enhancing customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
- Submit regular market analysis reports on South America to guide HQ on product development and strategic planning.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We are looking for someone with:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in overseas sales of industrial robots, automation equipment, or high-end manufacturing.
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Latin America's manufacturing landscape.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel; excellent market research and customer needs analysis skills.
