ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Manager, you will:

  1. Drive market expansion for industrial robots and automation solutions in South America (key countries: Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina), and develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Identify client needs in industries such as new energy vehicles (NEV), metal processing, and mining equipment manufacturing, promoting industrial robots and peripheral equipment.
  3. Maintain long-term partnerships with local distributors, agents, and end clients, ensuring sales and payment collection goals are met.
  4. Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions, support bidding, contract negotiations, and project implementation, and collaborate with headquarters to improve localized services, enhancing customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
  5. Submit regular market analysis reports on South America to guide HQ on product development and strategic planning.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in overseas sales of industrial robots, automation equipment, or high-end manufacturing.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Latin America's manufacturing landscape.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal skills, and willingness to travel; excellent market research and customer needs analysis skills.
