Team Description

The Strategy & RevOps team in Brazil plays a pivotal role in accelerating sustainable growth and profitability through strategic pricing and revenue initiatives. As our Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and product alignment — collaborating with cross-functional and global teams to ensure we’re maximizing revenue opportunities while staying competitive in the market.

This is a high-impact and highly visible role, offering frequent interaction with senior leadership (both in Brazil and globally) and business / tech teams around the world. You'll be responsible for crafting pricing offers, improving monetization strategies, and driving scalable, data-driven decisions.

What you’ll do

  1. Design and implement an offer strategy and fee structures tailored to acquire new customers across multiple sales channels throughout Brazil.
  2. Explore monetization opportunities for a customer base of over , merchants, identifying ways to improve revenue and customer lifetime value.
  3. Identify growth opportunities for new customer acquisition and revenue enhancement from the existing merchant base.
  4. Partner closely with different Sales channels, Finance, Product, Marketing and Tech teams to align pricing and revenue strategies with broader business objectives.
  5. Present pricing performance, trends, and insights to senior stakeholders to influence high-level strategic decisions.

You’ll be great for this role if

  • Have proven experience in revenue operations, pricing, business analytics, or financial analysis, ideally in high-growth or fintech environments.
  • Are comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders globally.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can influence senior leaders across different functions.
  • You have analytical skills and are able to turn complex data into simple, strategic insights and are hands-on with tools like BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI etc.) and Excel.
  • You have Intermediate or Advanced in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable working with international teams.
