About The Role:

Are you a collaborative consulting, analytics, or operations professional with 5+ years of experience, passionate about building a world-class revenue team?

We are seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Associate to play a crucial role in our fast-growing team, SpendHound. As a fast-growing “start-up” within a larger organization, this is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong operational mindset to come in and help build something truly special.

We expect East work hours.

As our Senior Revenue Operations Associate, you will partner with our Sales and Marketing teams to:

• Be an operations subject matter expert for the Sales function, working closely with RevOps and Spendhound leadership to support Sales and execute on key initiatives
• Implement processes and solutions that can streamline revenue acquisition and eliminate inefficiencies
• Maintain and measure various components of the Sales process, such as
• Target/Territory Management
• Lead Generation and Outbound Cadence Operations.
• Ensure that the Sales teams are operating seamlessly through data evaluation and by improving workflows

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• Operations professional with 5+ years of experience, passionate about building a world-class revenue team.
• You demonstrate a high aptitude for organization, process development, project and change management, and analytics
• You have advanced Excel skills
• Your experience with CRMs such as Salesforce.com
• You are willing to become proficient in SQL and data management
• You are a natural problem-solver, with a keen eye for detail and spotting issues
• You are committed to continuously improving yourself and helping those around you
