Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier tech talent across the Americas.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and assess technical candidates across various technology domains.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct basic technical screening to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit when needed.
  • Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close deals efficiently.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 technical recruiters.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent, particularly in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of the US tech industry, including emerging technologies and trends.
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English.
