Senior Technical Recruiter
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier tech talent across the Americas.
Requirements:
- Source, screen, and assess technical candidates across various technology domains, including software engineering, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct basic technical screening to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit when needed.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close deals efficiently.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent, particularly in the US market.
- Strong understanding of the US tech industry, including emerging technologies and trends.
- Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 technical recruiters.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
- Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
- Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
