We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Recruiter who thrives in dynamic environments and has a proven track record of building strong teams. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate closely with leadership, and implement strategies to attract high-performing professionals across different functions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts for diverse roles, from marketing to operations, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and alignment with business needs. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to identify and engage top talent globally.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to identify best-fit candidates
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to leadership
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in global talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, with at least 3–5 years in senior or lead recruitment roles
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and employer branding strategies
  • Experience recruiting across different functions (marketing, operations, creative, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility
