Wizdaa Inc. seeks a highly senior engineer to own frontend and mobile architecture across React, React Native, and Next.js.

You will independently define architectural decisions, build scalable, production-grade applications with TypeScript, and drive AI-first development using Cursor and Claude to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality. You will collaborate with clients, shape technical direction, and ensure performance and usability across web and mobile platforms.

Qualificações

• Strong proficiency in React, React Native, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with GraphQL APIs.
• Extensive AI/ML or agentic development experience using Cursor, Claude, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of native mobile development concepts in Kotlin/Java and Objective-C/Swift.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining production web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of performance, responsiveness, maintainability, and overall software quality.
• Proven ability to make architecture decisions independently and own technical direction.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
• Full-time availability in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to pass a background check with good references.

• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure smooth communication and strong understanding of requirements.
• Contribute to system design, performance strategy, testing strategy, and engineering productivity.
• Apply a basic understanding of native mobile development concepts in Kotlin/Java and Objective-C/Swift when working with React Native integrations, debugging, or platform-specific requirements.

We are looking for a highly senior engineer who can operate at Lead Engineer level across frontend and mobile applications.

This is not a role for someone who only executes tickets. We need someone who can make architecture decisions independently, design scalable frontend and mobile systems, and turn ambiguous product needs into production-ready applications.

This is a high-ownership role on a lean team. The default mode of execution is AI-first. Engineers use AI agents and tools such as Cursor, Claude, and similar platforms to accelerate research, planning, implementation, testing, and refinement, but ownership stays fully with the engineer. The person in this role must be able to use AI to move fast while maintaining strong judgment around architecture, correctness, performance, usability, maintainability, and overall product quality.
