Qualificações

Replicats is a platform for creating and deploying autonomous trading AI agents. Users will build, copy, and profit with their trading agent.

We're building a proprietary framework powered by a combination of a DAG workflow engine, specialized foundational models and smart usage of LLMs (via DSPy).

The platform is set to launch soon and can be accessed via https : / / replicats.ai.

Role Description

We're looking for a technical co-founder, with a vast experience as a Quant Researcher and Developer.

In this role you will work collaboratively with our CTO, CEO, Product and Operations teams and other engineers on all stages of the project lifecycle; from ideation to delivery.

You will have the ability to influence the design, present ideas and build, building secure and performant systems capable of running reliably 24 / 7 with no oversight.

As we're a blockchain native company, familiarity with DEXs, protocol mechanics, blockchain fundamentals and smart contract security are all desirable skills for this role.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Development, testing, and maintenance of quantitative models and trading strategies.
• Support the integration of new algorithms into existing trading infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews, assist in troubleshooting, and debug issues in production systems.
• Participate in the documentation of processes and systems to ensure knowledge sharing.

Your Qualifications / Attributes will include :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fundamental understanding of quantitative finance principles.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Rust, C++, Go.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Nice to have :

• Experience with cloud computing and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with financial markets and trading systems.
