As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will use your expertise in automation to develop and execute test strategies, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help drive the continuous improvement of our processes. Your contributions will directly impact project success and enhance the overall user experience.
- Develop, test, and deploy automated testing solutions using industry‑standard tools and frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations
- Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through rigorous testing practices
- Identify and resolve defects in a timely manner, contributing to a seamless user experience
- Mentor junior quality analysts and foster a culture of learning and development within the team
- Participate in agile ceremonies, providing insights on quality metrics and testing progress
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or similar
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and quality assurance methodologies
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for developing test scripts
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks
