CI&T in Brazil is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality assurance in fast-paced Agile projects, leveraging generative AI tools to improve test coverage and automation across backend and frontend.

You will mentor developers, drive CI/CD testing practices, and collaborate with AI/ data teams to deliver reliable software, while championing quality and continuous improvement across the organization. CI&T offers health, learning benefits, and a global, inclusive culture.

Knowledge and Experience Required

• Proficient with generative AI tools that supports the quality assurance process of development teams (test case generation, automated test generation in all layers of the pyramid).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the QA discipline of fast-paced Agile environment, instating the quality process and coaching developers to deliver with quality autonomously.
• Extensive experience in automation testing tools for both back and front end
• Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• A desire to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
• Friendly, professional, and self-motivated with a drive to learn.
