CI&T Campinas office is seeking a Senior QA Automation to lead comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software aligned with client expectations, shaping test plans, and driving quality initiatives.

Ideal candidates have strong English, proven automated testing experience (Cypress, Playwright), and a solid background in Agile environments, delivering robust test coverage and efficient processes.

• Proven experience as a QA Automation with both manual and automated testing.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.

• Experience in an Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute test plans for web and mobile apps.
• Perform manual testing of front-end interfaces and ensure UX alignment.
• Conduct back-end testing for data integrity and APIs.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to resolve issues.
• Identify, document, and track defects in bug-tracking systems.
• Continuously improve testing processes and practices.

Position Overview

As a Senior QA Automation , you will take the lead in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for our web and mobile applications. Your efforts will ensure our products meet the highest quality standards while enhancing user experience and maintaining system performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality software aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual testing of front-end interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct back-end testing to verify data integrity, API functionality, and overall system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate bug-tracking tools.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

Requirements
