Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to enhance the digital enterprise platform's quality assurance processes. This role is crucial in developing, executing, and refining test cases to ensure software meets the highest standards of reliability and performance. Ideal for candidates passionate about quality assurance and eager to impact a leading technology provider.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute detailed test cases and testing scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to create clear and effective test plans.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects and ensure the quality of the final product.
• Conduct integration and system testing, particularly focusing on ERP applications, to ensure seamless operation across various modules.
• Maintain and enhance testing documentation, making it accessible and actionable for all stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process, adopting the latest methodologies and tools in agile environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in QA, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of test design principles and quality assurance processes.
• Experienced in Integration Testing and System Integration Testing, especially with ERP systems.
• Proficient in translating both functional and non-functional requirements into effective test cases.
• Solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and current with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative attitude.
