INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Senior Python Developer to architect advanced solutions for global clients. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor teammates, and drive innovation across data processing, cloud, and web development.

You will own end-to-end Python applications, foster best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable software while maintaining high quality and performance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on Python and Django development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Microservices and Cloud environments.
• Advanced algorithm knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID, CLEAN Code, and scalable designs.
• Design Patterns knowledge.
• Experience building end-to-end applications.
• Experience in automated tests, CI/CD pipelines.
• Version control experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Create automation systems and tools to configure, monitor, and orchestrate data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Develop data integration services that accelerate customer onboarding processes.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and support of data infrastructure with solutions aligned to application needs and growth projections.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Python applications.
• Guide junior developers through comprehensive code reviews and technical mentoring.
• Architect scalable solutions using modern design patterns and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical specifications.
