We are hiring a Project and Program Manager responsible for leading project teams, supporting team development, and ensuring the successful delivery of ongoing projects.

What you’ll be doing

1. Managing and owning the team’s growth in line with business needs and setting goals for team members.
2. Reviewing and improving planning standards regularly, identifying areas for improvement, and owning the team's strategy and growth plans.
3. Leading, monitoring, and developing the project team, fostering effective customer relationships, and managing stakeholder expectations.
4. Balancing effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, challenging the team to find pragmatic solutions.
5. Serving as the focal point for complex problems, encouraging lateral thinking, and analyzing information for resolution.
6. Managing teams executing company-wide strategic programs.
7. Ensuring KPIs are in place for the team and managing resource planning including people and finances.
8. Communicating project management methodologies effectively to clients when necessary.

What we’ll expect from you

• Bachelor’s and postgraduate/MBA degree in Administration, IT, Projects, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience in leadership and team development.
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in data reporting and indicator analysis.

What will be a plus if you have?

• Advanced Spanish language skills.
• Previous experience in senior people management roles.
