Join a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment where you'll lead complex oncology clinical trials and ensure their seamless execution from initiation to completion. As a strategic driver, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and maintain high-quality standards throughout each phase of the study. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to lead global projects, collaborate with top-tier clients, and influence the success of cutting-edge oncology therapies. Your leadership and project management skills will be instrumental in shaping patient outcomes and advancing clinical research.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage project communication and escalations.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with risk mitigation strategies to guide consistent execution.
  • Monitor project financials including budget adherence, billing, and forecasting.
  • Ensure quality and compliance through documentation management, audit readiness, and corrective actions.
  • Lead client meetings, internal updates, and performance reporting on KPIs and project status.
  • Supervise study-specific training, protocol adherence, and operational excellence across clinical activities.

Provide feedback and mentorship to team members and support business development activities as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience and at least 4 years of project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, global clinical trials, preferably in oncology and/or cell/gene therapy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, CTMS, and Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and project management methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
