What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and optimize project delivery for a Financial Services client within a matrixed Retail delivery team
- Develop and implement team strategies, governance, and analytical reporting
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication across teams
- Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them before impacting service delivery
- Monitor project deliverables in line with scope and contract terms, ensuring compliance with service levels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Senior Project Management or Program Management role
- Proven ability to define and execute change strategies
- Strong understanding of the real estate life cycle and collaborative experience with multifunctional teams
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and SharePoint
