Dev.Pro is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly technical environment. In this individual contributor role, you’ll use your technical understanding, ownership, and influence to drive delivery across multiple teams, manage dependencies and risks, and align technical with business stakeholders.

You will join a mature cloud-based platform with 7+ years in operations, working remotely across Latin America and globally.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of project or program management in software development.
• Experience managing enterprise software projects across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
• Ability to discuss software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD.
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, and product teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level.

Responsabilidades

• Drive complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
• Coordinate Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, Scrum Masters, and external stakeholders.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Facilitate technical discussions, remove blockers, and help resolve delivery challenges.
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support production releases and large-scale product initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and cross-team collaboration.

• Upper‑Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

• Experience with cloud‑based POS platforms
• Experience with payment processing or payment systems
• Experience in retail technology
• Experience in FinTech or enterprise commerce platforms
