Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive the strategy and lifecycle of one or more products while leading and mentoring a team in Agile practices. You will communicate the product vision to stakeholders and shape a roadmap that aligns with business goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets market demand and financial targets, while iterating based on user feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successful product delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile practices and ability to mentor others in Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and negotiating product features.
• Strong analytical skills for market analysis, user feedback, and product performance.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and vision.
• Experience in managing complex products and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Advanced level of English.
