AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk and drive adoption of policy and tooling changes.

This role requires a strong AppSec or DevSecOps background and cross-functional autonomy to deliver secure, developer-friendly solutions. You will define and prioritize user stories for multiple workstreams, ensure solutions reduce friction for developers, and

Qualificações

• 5+ years of technical product management or as a product owner, preferably building internal developer platforms or security tooling.
• Experience with vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, and cloud security/architecture.
• Ability to drive product strategy from inception to adoption with minimal direction.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without day-to-day guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5 to reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure built solutions reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey (ASPM ingestion, AI-SDLC scanning).
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This person prioritizes epics that reduce systemic risk, drives adoption of policy and tooling changes, and ensures new solutions cut developer friction. Strong AppSec or DevSecOps background and cross-functional autonomy are essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts directly reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Business Unit Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure that all built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner, ideally building internal developer platforms, security tooling, or DevSecOps products.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without requiring day-to-day direction.

NICE TO HAVES

• Prior experience acting as a Product Owner for dedicated infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
