AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk, drive adoption of policy and tooling changes, and ensure new solutions cut developer friction.

Strong AppSec or DevSecOps background and cross-functional autonomy are essential, with a focus on security tooling and platform development for internal developers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience building internal developer platforms, security tooling, or DevSecOps products.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts directly reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Business Unit Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure that all built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prior experience acting as a Product Owner for dedicated infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams.
