Senior Product Manager, Social Marketplaces & Live Shopping
ABOUT THE ROLE

Our integrations with Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads, combined with our Live Shopping product, are at the core of this vision. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy for Social Marketplaces & Live Shopping, shaping how commerce happens at the intersection of content, community, and conversion.

This role will be pivotal in defining global target markets, understanding customer needs, and unlocking opportunities for platform evolution that strengthen our value proposition. You’ll work cross-functionally with our core commerce technology teams and external partners, driving execution of the strategy and expanding the products worldwide.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • PM of two squads: one managing integrations with Google, Meta, and TikTok, and the other focused on the Live Shopping add-on.
  • Define and evolve product strategy, aligning roadmaps with business priorities and customer impact.
  • Identify and analyze global target markets and customer profiles, uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.
  • Shape adoption and retention strategies across regions, being directly involved in GTM strategy.
  • Drive cross-team alignment: ensure Social Marketplaces and Live Shopping scale efficiently by leveraging VTEX’s commerce core.
  • Increase transparency and engagement around the product roadmap with customers, through initiatives like roadmap artifacts, webinars with Tier 1 customers, and presentations to leadership.
  • Spot high ROI opportunities, leading research and analysis to validate and prioritize them.
  • Be an active voice in the Product Management chapter, helping raise the bar for product excellence at VTEX.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong background in product strategy and product management within retail, e-commerce, or tech environments.
  • Skilled at building alignment, negotiating, and managing relationships across multiple levels and teams.
  • Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to craft clear narratives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and at least intermediate level of Spanish for daily collaboration.
  • Curious about consumer behavior, passionate about how integrations, social platforms, and network effects can drive GMV growth and reshape shopping experiences.
