We are seeking a talented Sr. Product Manager (PM) to support EF (External Fulfillment) product launches. The Sr. PM will serve as the key link between EF product and business/operations teams in LatAm, leading product launches, coordinating stakeholders, and developing business requirements and feature strategies. The role involves working closely with Program, Sales, Operations, Transportation, Legal, and other teams to drive initiatives that positively impact our Customers and Sellers. The PM will also review performance metrics, contribute to program inputs, and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying gaps, pain points, and opportunities in existing products through cross-source coordination.
  • Deep diving into issues to distinguish isolated from structural problems.
  • Creating solutions to address pain points and enhance Customer/Seller Experience.
  • Balancing priorities and resource allocation.
  • Assessing the impact of ideas and pain points.
  • Supporting Roadmap prioritization with the Product team.
  • Proposing programmatic solutions and business cases.
  • Leading product launches and stakeholder coordination.
  • Organizing work plans, mapping risks, and ensuring launch success.
  • Gaining stakeholder support through narratives and influence.
  • Setting goals, tracking metrics, and managing obstacles.
  • Communicating performance and root-cause analyses.
  • Benchmarking against local competitors and best practices.
  • Anticipating bottlenecks and managing escalations.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in roadmap strategy, end-to-end product delivery, and working with technical products. Additional requirements involve influencing senior leadership with data insights, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
