You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on our business performance as you support the data strategy and lead the development of custom models/algorithms. Working in close partnership with the business leadership team, you will manage the vision and agenda for business analytics in your area of responsibility.
How you will contribute
Drive the vision and delivery of data-driven products for Mondelez finance following established product management practices.
Prioritize development items according to deadlines, business context, and technical needs.
Advocate for and manage funding, including budgeting, headcount needs, and other costs.
Partner with engineering teams to move finance data products to AI-readiness.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, resilience, and innovation in Mondelez’s data landscape.
Bridge conversations between finance business stakeholders and development teams, leveraging knowledge of both Mondelez business domains and technical expertise.
Think strategically, connecting stakeholder use cases to technology solutions and considering the end-to-end experience.
Deeply understand stakeholder needs, product analytics, and industry innovation to drive the product vision and strategy, maximizing business and customer impact.

HIGHLY ORGANIZED and able to manage competing priorities across stakeholders.

DESIGN and data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI.
BUSINESS ACUMEN and strong working knowledge of corporate finance.
GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify and execute opportunities leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
CLOUD EXPERIENCE with data solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in data and analytics, including data warehousing, SQL, machine learning, and familiarity with modern AI techniques.
EXPERIENCE with financial systems such as SAP, SAC, and Hyperion is a plus.
INTEGRITY and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions, aligned with our values, policies, and external regulations.

As Senior Product Manager for Financial Data & Analytics, you will oversee the development and execution of our financial data products roadmap. Using a mix of technical knowledge and business acumen, you will help Mondelez’s Finance organization build data and analytics products aimed at an AI-ready future. Your products will serve decision-makers at the highest levels, improving measurement and insight through Mondelez’s data. As demand for data and insights grows within Mondelez, your contribution will foster the delivery of timely, relevant, and accurate insights to teams that need them.
