Curium in São Paulo, Brazil, invites a Senior Product Manager to lead regional product marketing initiatives across Growth Markets. You will work with International Marketing, LATAM leadership, distributors, and local stakeholders to drive launches, lifecycle management, and customer engagement.

You will act as Field Marketing lead, engaging with HCPs and KOLs to identify growth opportunities, gather market insights, and strengthen customer relationships while aligning with global brand

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in product management or marketing within pharmaceutical, nuclear medicine, or medical device industries.
  • Proven experience working in international/matrix organizations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to regional management.
  • Strong background in managing distributor networks, executing campaign rollouts, and supporting product launches across diverse markets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific/clinical data into actionable commercial tools for distributors and field teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Translate overarching corporate and international brand strategies into actionable regional marketing plans for Growth Markets.
  • Serve as an key operational link between International Marketing teams and local commercial operations under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
  • Regularly report regional performance metrics, market dynamics, and competitive insights to the Marketing Manager to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all regional product launches, pre-marketing activities, and brand positioning align with global guidelines and the Marketing Manager’s strategic direction.
  • Conduct market, pricing, and competitive landscape analyses across Growth Markets to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and competitor activities in nuclear medicine and oncology/radiopharmaceuticals, sharing regular updates with the Marketing Manager.
  • Participate in pricing and profitability evaluations in line with global pricing structures and regional goals.
  • Lead specialized training programs organized by International Marketing teams to master product positioning, scientific messaging, and campaign objectives.
  • Cascade and implement global educational content and commercial tools across Growth Markets, adapting materials to meet local distributor and market needs.
  • Lead training sessions for partner distributors, local teams, and end-customers across the region.
  • Conduct joint strategic field visits with distributors and sales reps to drive product adoption and market penetration.

Role Purpose

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager (Growth Markets), the Senior Product Manager is

responsible for driving the execution of product marketing strategies and operationalizing global brand frameworks across Curium's portfolio within the Growth Markets region.

Based in São Paulo, Brazil, the role serves as a key link between International Marketing, regional

commercial teams, distributor partners, and local stakeholders, ensuring the effective implementation of product marketing initiatives, lifecycle management activities, customer engagement programs, and product launches across the region.

The position will be co-managed by the LATAM General Manager, ensuring strong alignment between regional marketing priorities and commercial objectives across Latin America while contributing to broader Growth Markets initiatives.

In addition to product marketing responsibilities, the Senior Product Manager will act as a Field Marketing leader, maintaining regular engagement with customers, distributors, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to identify growth opportunities, gather market insights, strengthen customer relationships, and support portfolio growth through direct market presence.

The role contributes to the achievement of regional business objectives through market intelligence, distributor enablement, stakeholder engagement, field execution excellence, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Key Responbilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Region GM’s to translate overarching corporate and international brand strategies into actionable regional marketing plans for Growth Markets.
  • Serve as an key operational link between International Marketing teams and local commercial operations under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
  • Regularly report regional performance metrics, market dynamics, and competitive insights to the Marketing Manager to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all regional product launches, pre-marketing activities, and brand positioning align with global guidelines and the Marketing Manager’s strategic direction.
  • Conduct thorough market, pricing, and competitive landscape analyses across Growth Markets to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor clinical trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities in nuclear medicine and oncology/radiopharmaceuticals, sharing regular updates with the Marketing Manager.
  • Perform pricing and profitability evaluations in line with global pricing structures and regional commercial goals.
  • Participate in specialized training programs organized by International Marketing teams to master product positioning, scientific messaging, and campaign objectives.
  • Cascade and implement global educational content and commercial tools across Growth Markets, adapting materials to meet local distributor and market needs.
  • Lead structured product, clinical, and scientific training sessions for partner distributors, local commercial teams, and end-customers across the region.
  • Conduct joint strategic field visits with distributors and sales representatives to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive product adoption and market penetration.
4. Strategic KOL & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with key nuclear medicine physicians, clinic directors, radiopharmacists, and regional KOLs.
  • In coordination with the Marketing Manager and International teams/Medical Affairs, support the execution of regional scientific symposia, advisory boards, and medical education initiatives.
  • Drive ongoing customer engagement through targeted scientific briefings, clinical discussions, and workshops.
5. Marketing Activities & Campaign Management
  • Localize and execute promotional campaigns, digital initiatives, and marketing assets provided by nternational Marketing teams, ensuring full regulatory and corporate compliance.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in managing the regional product marketing budget efficiently, tracking ROI and campaign expenditures.
  • Work with external agencies to produce localized promotional materials, exhibition stands, and translated educational collaterals.
6. Events & Congress Management
  • Oversee regional participation in national and international congresses, symposia, and industry events in alignment with the Marketing Manager and global event strategy.
  • Coordinate logistics, content preparation, and execution for scientific meetings and educational workshops across Growth Markets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in product management or marketing within the pharmaceutical, nuclear medicine, or medical device industries.
  • Proven experience working within international/matrix organizations, collaborating with crossfunctional teams and reporting to regional management.
  • Strong background in managing distributor networks, executing campaign rollouts, and supporting product launches across diverse markets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under the leadership of the Marketing Manager while demonstrating strong autonomy in field execution.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to translate complex scientific/clinical data into actionable commercial tools for distributors and field teams.
Technical Skills & Languages
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for continuous interaction with International Marketing teams and regional leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and marketing analytical tools.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel internationally and regionally for distributor meetings, customer visits, congresses, and internal alignment sessions.
