You are:

• A storyteller who promotes product vision through design exploration and presentations.
• A doer who leverages experience to advance projects efficiently.
• An advocate of design systems, working to improve existing standards.
• A team player collaborating across disciplines including UX, product, marketing, and engineering.
• Optionally, knowledgeable about payments and the ecosystem, eager to articulate Jeeves’ platform differentiation.

You will:

• Design across mobile and desktop mediums.
• Collaborate on product vision with leadership.
• Work with research, design, product, and engineering teams.
• Report to core product leadership.
• Influence design practices and team operations.
• Utilize domain expertise and research to drive progress.
• Manage end-to-end experience from research to delivery in partnership with developers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant design experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating your direct responsibilities.
• Experience leading high-impact projects.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to recruit participants for research.
• Collaborative approach and cross-team partnership skills.
