About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our collaborative team. You will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences for our AI fitness app. As a key member of our product team, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and user-friendly experiences.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
5. Advocate for user needs and design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate the latest design innovations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in the app industry.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and impactful projects.
3. Proficiency in Figma and any AI tools that enhance productivity.
4. Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs.
5. Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and human-centered design.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
