Key responsibilities :

1. Crafting intuitive interfaces

Delve deep into our business objectives while preserving the creative spark essential for success.

Collaborate closely with the PM to identify the best methods and workshops for our discovery and delivery phases.

Immerse yourself in user research, leading engaging workshops with stakeholders.

Develop practical solutions aligned with our design vision, existing frameworks, and operational realities.

Deliver a comprehensive set of design assets: user journeys, mockups, interactive prototypes, and more.

Test and refine designs to ensure they exceed user expectations before development begins.

Support our development team in bringing your designs to life, ensuring a smooth transition to production.

Partner with our Marketing and Brand teams to launch new products and features flawlessly.

Continuously assess performance post-launch using relevant KPIs.

1. Contributing to the design community

Be a proactive champion for improvement, continuously seeking ways to elevate our methods and product quality.

Play a pivotal role in evolving our Design System to meet the platform's needs.

Stay ahead of trends in product design, UX/UI principles, and emerging technologies.

Share your expertise and insights generously, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.

Participate actively in design reviews, providing valuable feedback and insights.

It will be a perfect match if you have :

• At least 8 years' experience in startups, ESNs, or agencies that fostered proactivity, autonomy, and creativity within the bounds of technical feasibility on Web, iOS, and Android.
• Mastery of user-centered design methods, proficiency in Figma and other product design tools, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Experience in conducting complex, long-term User Research studies and delivering delightful solutions based on findings.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent English (C1 minimum).
