AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a Product Designer to join our design team. You will design user-centered experiences across our platform journey, collaborating with engineers, PMs, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, inclusive solutions in an agile environment.

You will lead the squad’s product design roadmap, shape customer journeys, and drive end-to-end execution from discovery to shipping, while running workshops and advocating for the user throughout the lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our design team. You’ll be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that drive real impact across the platform journey. If you enjoy thinking strategically, creating scalable solutions, and collaborating with other designers to deliver simple, efficient, and inclusive experiences, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with experienced designers in an agile environment, with room to propose, test, and deliver solutions at scale.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate & Influence: Partner with engineering, product management, and commercial teams to define and execute a shared vision for our digital experience.
• Lead UX Strategy: Own your squad’s product design roadmap, shaping customer journey maps, user flows, and service blueprints to guide impactful solutions.
• Design & Deliver: Drive end-to-end design execution — from early discovery and prototyping to shipping products and iterating based on feedback.
• Facilitate & Align: Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and critiques to bring stakeholders into the design process and align on challenges and opportunities.
• Advocate for the User: Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle, balancing business goals with a great customer experience.

What we’re lookling for:

• Strong communicator & storyteller – You can articulate design decisions clearly, influence stakeholders, and present ideas effectively in English.
• Proven experience shipping digital products – You’ve worked in cross-functional teams, using iterative processes with both qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Systems thinker with a tactical mindset – You can zoom out to see the bigger picture, but also execute with precision at a detailed level.
• AI builder and AI advocate – You already integrated AI tools into your current workflow, being used to AI IDEs (Cursor, Claude, Figma Make, etc.), and have a builder mindset, thinking of increasing everyone’s productivity by custom-building new design tools that automate and enhance your daily tasks
• Experience with UX research & strategy – You proactively uncover problems worth solving and ensure the team stays focused on the right challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without missing a beat – You’re adaptable and can shift focus while maintaining high-quality work.
• Strong English required for this position

• Experience working with backend/admin products (desktop)
• Experience working with user-facing e-commerce products (mobile & desktop)
• Experience working with global products and experiences.
• Education & Career Experience: Experience designing digital products with a proven track record of success, Bachelor’s degree.
